Göran Malm, a Samsung Non Executive Board of Director has accepted the position as an EON Advisory Board Member.

Mr. Malm is a recognized Swedish Senior Executives with numerous international accomplishments including President at Dell Computer Asia Pacific and Senior Vice President at Dell Computer, President at GE Asia-Pacific and Senior Vice President at GE. He was responsible for GE's Asia-Pacific region encompassing all GE´s businesses. In this role, he drove the execution of GE's global strategy throughout Asia-Pacific. He joined GE in 1992 as president and CEO of GE Medical Systems Asia based in Tokyo , expanding that business threefold in five years. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Malm was deputy group managing director of SKF, a Swedish multinational company and a world leader in automotive and industrial bearings.

Mr. Malm will advise on EON's global strategy including:
